Tower Build-To-Suit and Collocation Services
AW Solutions provides Build-To-Suit tower services. We offer clients the option of either developing the site as an AW Solutions owned facility and leasing ground and tower space, or developing the site and selling developed assets to the client.
We provide all core in-house services necessary to develop sites tailored to our clients’ needs. This translates into faster deployment times than carriers or tower aggregators, increasing speed to market.
In a Build-To-Suit agreement, AW Solutions works with RF Engineering, identifying site locations to resolve coverage gaps and to optimize quality and capacity. We work with appropriate jurisdictions and carriers to ensure the site is placed in the most effective location, avoiding areas with long lead times. Once the primary candidate is selected and approved, AW Solutions secures the option and lease agreement, performs all necessary due diligence, and develops the site for carrier installation. Throughout the process, parallel scheduling with Engineering and Construction speeds up the “On-Air” date.
AW Solutions has a streamlined collocation process for locating on AW Solutions’ tower facilities. This application process ensures expedited approval once the potential tenant submits the required information. Following approval, the internal review and execution is completed rapidly to ensure “On-Air” dates are achieved.
